The Entrepreneur Scholarship – McKelvey Foundation is available to high school seniors in the United States who own their own business. To be eligible for this award, you must own your business for at least 1 year, have at least 1 paid employee and have sales revenue (non-profits are eligible). You must attend a 4 year college for which you will receive up to $10,000 per year for tuition, room and board. Apply online only.

SMART Scholarship for Service Program

Amount: $25,000

Scholarships Available: Varies


The SMART Scholarship for Service Program is available to undergraduate and graduate students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. You must be a U.S. citizen or national and be at least 18 years of age to be eligible. This program provides students with a stipend (starting between $25,000 and $41,000 per year), full tuition, health coverage, book allowance of $1000 and other education expenses. An employment opportunity with the Department of Defense is also possible.
